Our patches are not sewn onto our headwear. They are applied using industrial adhesive and hat presses. They are extremely durable and can withstand harsh conditions.

• Patch items should never be washed or dried. If the patch needs cleaning we recommend using a baby wipe or microfiber towel to spot clean.

• Embroidered Items can be washed and dried according to garments tag.

• Direct print items - wash inside out with like items. Do not bleach. Hang or tumble dry. Do not iron or dry clean.

All hats are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided. Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days (subject to seasonal peaks)

We do not accept returns or refunds on customized products. However, if there is a defect or error, we will provide a return shipping label and a replacement or refund will be given after the item has been returned.
