1. HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

sales@s3screenprinting.com - we keep all communications electronic so that we have a record of what was discussed for all of our team members. If we need to contact you via phone we will reach out.

2. WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER? 

Our hat services currently include heat applied custom engraved vegan leather patches, screen printing, and embroidery. ​

3. WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS? 

We do no have a minimum for our hats. However, our quantity discounts start at 12 hats.​

4. WHAT ARE THE DESIGN FEES? 

We only charge a setup fee for our embroidery designs. Embroidery artwork must be converted into a form that our embroidery machines can "read" and this takes extra time and a lot of expertise. This is a one time fee and once we have setup your artwork we will keep it on file for all future orders. 

​5. CAN I MIX AND MATCH MY ITEMS? 

Absolutely! Our quantity discounts start at any 12 hats. You can choose any 12 hats and any type of decoration to meet that minimum. 

​6. WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? 

Our standard production time is 10-14 business days. However, this time is an estimate that can be changed due to artwork changes, hat stock, and human error. All of our hats must pass our quality control standards before leaving our doors. So, if we feel like one of your hats isn't quite up to snuff we will replace it, which can delay your shipment date. 

​7. WILL I RECEIVE AN ART MOCKUP? 

Yes! Printed and leather patch hats have instant online mock-ups. However, sometimes your artwork doesn’t work with the mock-up generator in which case our art department will send you a digital mock-up for approval. All embroidery mock-ups will be sent within 3 business days after placing an order. Our art department will look over your artwork and adjust it to work for embroidery. 

8. CAN I GET A MOCKUP PRIOR TO ORDERING? 

Digital mock-ups are available for print and leather patch hats. We don’t provide any other mock-ups prior to ordering. 

9. CAN I ORDER A HAT NOT LISTED? 

Absolutely. We have access to a ton of hats so if you are looking for a certain one not listed on our site just drop us a line at sales@s3screenprinting.com.
