How does this work?
You can add any combination of hats or apparel to your cart to receive the discount range. Hats don't count towards the apparel discount and apparel doesn't count towards the hat discount. Discounts are automatically applied in your cart.
Can I use my own artwork or logo?
Yes, all of our products are custom so you'll need to provide some artwork to order.
Will the colors match my design?
If you need your design matched exactly we recommend using a printed option. These colors will exactly match the CMYK colors of the submitted design. We try to get as close as possible with our embroidery threads but the color pallet is limited. Your embroidery design proof will list all the colors we plan to use in case you would like to change.
Leatherette patches - what?
The leather patches we offer are made of a leatherette material - think a faux leather couch - it's similar. These give us color and engraving consistency we can't attain with real leather. Our patches are not sewn on. They are applied using an industrial adhesive and hat presses.
How do I contact you?

What are your minimums?
We do no have a minimum. However, we do offer lots of quantity discounts.
What are your design fees?
We only charge a setup fee for our embroidery designs. Embroidery artwork must be converted into a form that our embroidery machines can "read" and this takes extra time and a lot of expertise. This is a one time fee and once we have setup your artwork we will keep it on file for all future orders.
Can I mix and match my items?
Absolutely! You can mix and match styles, colors, design type, sizes, etc.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard production time is 10-14 business days. However, this time is an estimate that can be changed due to artwork changes, hat stock, and human error. All of our hats must pass our quality control standards before leaving our doors. So, if we feel like one of your hats isn't quite up to snuff we will replace it, which can delay your shipment date.
Can I get a mock-up prior to ordering?
No, sorry. We don't offer any mockups prior to purchase.
Can I return my order if I don't like the finished product?
All of our orders are designed by you and just for you, so all orders are non-refundable. All of our orders are inspected prior to shipment. If there is an error and you did not receive what you purchased, we will send a replacement when the incorrect item(s) are returned. If you wait longer than 14 business days to contact us with an error, you may not be eligible for a return/replacement.
