• If we do not receive approval of your proof prior to your scheduled production and/or ship date your order will be cancelled.
• Repeat orders will go straight to production. We keep all customer artwork on file for easy repeat orders.

• Quantity discounts can be reached by any combination of apparel items or any combination of hats. You can mix and match colors, sizes and styles to reach the quantities needed for the discount.
• Hat and apparel discounts cannot be combined.
• Embroidered items have a minimum of 12 - headwear and apparel can be combined to reach the order minimum - artwork must be the same for all 12 items.
