General Information
- Our production time is 10-15 business days. This time may be delayed by artwork changes and supplier shipping times or supply issues, such as items on backorder.
- All of our products must pass our quality control checks prior to shipping to customers so if we feel one doesn't pass our standards we will replace it prior to your order being shipped.
- We do not allow refunds on our products. If your product arrives damaged or defective we will work with you to replace your items.
- Please note: hats that are worn on a daily basis and exposed to the elements are going to break down and discolor.
- All blank products are ordered when we receive your order. We do not keep stock on all of the items we offer. If your item is on backorder we will reach out with alternatives or cancellation options.
- Delays in mockup approval will cause shipment delays. Our turnaround time is 10-14 business days from approval, not order receipt.
Product Care
- Print orders of less than 12 items and/or more than 3 color prints will be printed using digital transfers. These items should be machine washed inside out and dried on low.
- Do not iron screen prints of any kind.
- Embroidered items are sewn with small knots on the inside. These should not be trimmed or cut. This can cause your embroidery to unravel.
